in Alabama, where i was born and lived until i was 5, in kindergarten we dressed up as Indians and made drums from the large Maxwell coffee cans and glued dyed macaroni to the outside, and made necklaces with the macaroni too. You had to buy an oversized plain brown T-shirt and cut strips vertically about 6 inchs up the shirt and string beads on them and tie knots at the ends. Head dresses made of colored construction paper. We used puffy paints to decorate our shirt with indian symbols.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Please FULL VIEW all these amazing pieces of ART. Visit the artists pages and give them a :+fav and your support. Thank you for taking the time........
